Military Experience Ideas for Christmas

Military Experience Ideas for Christmas

If you’re stuck for Christmas gift ideas for the adrenaline junkies in your life, consider a military experience day. Here are some suggestions for the ultimate day out:

Tank Paintballing

You can’t have much more fun on two tracks than you can with a tank paintballing battle. Spend the day as a commander of your own real-life tank with an experienced instructor on hand to show you how to operate the beast machine as you prepare for battle against the enemy team. Paired up with other participants or your mates, you’ll each have a turn at the different controls inside the tank. Have a few practice shots with the giant paintballing gun and then head off to cover your opponent’s tank in paint.

Secret Agent

Fancy yourself as a bit of a James Bond? Well, it’s not all Aston Martins and glamourous women unfortunately. You’ll need to learn a host of skills including unarmed combat, use of a sidearm and marksmanship skills. Consider a full day experience of learning the real challenges faced by secret agents, including shooting a blank firing real 9mm pistol, how to shoot from a moving vehicle and sniper skills. You’ll then have your very own mission to complete where you can put your newly learned skills to the test.

Tactical Training

Think you’ve got the ability to take on anything you face? A tactical training day will allow you to learn how to handle weapons and master the skills of posture and stance as demonstrated by the instructors. After a couple of hours of training, you’ll embark on your assigned mission. You’ll need to apply everything you’ve just learned in order to meet the objectives of rescuing the hostage before the time runs out.

Airsoft

This is a top military simulation sport that mimics a real military attack using real weapons and special tactics. Most locations are former warehouses or arenas with multi levels that are made up to replicate bombed out areas or war zones. There are usually hidden rooms and mazes, great for hiding and planning your next move of attack. There are special effects galore to make it as life-like as possible and the weapons are full-size replicas firing 6mm plastic balls. You’ll have an opposing team to beat as you fight for victory in a completely fun and immersive experience.
