Lockdowns gone, the suns out, go have some fun, the world is your oyster

The last couple of years have been tough but . . . thanks to the last 6 months of getting back to normal, we can jet off abroad again or hit the coast.

Summer is in full swing, a heatwave has hit the UK and most of Europe and whether we want take a walk to a forest or just sit out somewhere with friends and family, grab your wallet and get out in the sun for some fun and remember being out is great to boost vitamin D as well.”

Pub

Currently, you can only enjoy pub life outside but with the sun shining, that’s probably where’d you be sitting anyway, right? Grabbing a pint and a meal is the perfect excuse to make the effort, dress up a little and go and have some fun. To update your post-lockdown wardrobe, check out the ETO denim jeans from EJ Menswear

Swimming

Now that gyms, spas and both indoor and outdoor pools are open, it’s time to work on that summer body and soak up some vitamin D from the sunshine. Swimming is a great low impact exercise that anyone can enjoy and perfect for blowing away those winter cobwebs!
